Commercial Team Leader (Managerial Level)
Job Requirements:
Have 10 years of leadership positions in commercial and contract management, preferably in Mining or associated industry
Have experience in Chemical Or Mining Industry.
Graduate S1 in Business / Commerce or Mining (with a Business / Commerce double)
Strong contract management skills
Ability and desire to work autonomously serving as advisor (problem-solver attitude), independently manage responsibilities (goal setting skills), result & deadline oriented, negotiation, and influencing.
Excellent energetic team player with demonstrated interpersonal skills
Prior experience in interacting with multiple customers.
Having good communication skills in both English and Indonesia
Having competency of Leadership: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling
Strong leadership skill and people management
To be based in Jakarta and willing to travel frequently within the country or overseas – when required.
