Job Requirements:
Have 10 year experience in similar capacity.
Age between 35 to 55 years,
Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace and able to work in a team.
Have excellent interpersonal skill, energetic, mature, Honest, Discipline & dynamic
Having good interpersonal and communication skill
Self-motivated with good communication and teamwork skills,
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Willing to be posted at site workshop (specifically at East Kalimantan),
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Organize and supervise the maintenance and service of CAT, Komatsu, Kobelco and Hitachi Heavy Equipments,
Provide daily, weekly and monthly report,
Maintain a minimum of 85%, Machine Availibility,
Manage teams of mechanics.
