Requirement
- Have 3 years experience in HR & Legal Department
- A team player, with strong leadership and communication skill
- Deep understanding of all H.R aspect such as : Compensation & benefit, Performance
- Management, recruitment & selection, especially in Training & Development
- Great ability to make sure all the H.R & Legal system, structure and its working process are in line with the company’s strategic goals
- Male / Female, age max 30 years old
- Graduate S1 in Legal / Psychology / Management
- Excellent Communication, negotiation and presentation skills, both Indonesia and English
