- Having KTT Certification
- Have a lot experience in safety
- Have a lot experience communicating with local communities
- Have a strong leadership skills

- Confortable engaging with all stakeholders
- Male minimum 30 years old
- Have a strong personality
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Have excellent communication skill
- Strong technical skills & good interpersonal skills.
- Having competency of Leadership: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling
- Strong leadership skill and people management
- Willing to work based in Berau Kalimantan Timur.
