- Have 5 years experience as directional Drilling Engineer
- Having science in: DD's operation area ,Understanding operational problem and DD's equipment care ,Bottom Hole Assembly Design Utk's planning DD's activity

Qualification & Experience:
- Have 3 years experienbceas Measurement While Drilling Enginner's years
- Having science about equipment & MWD'S preserve
- Having for ability plots,manage & perform MWD'S activity operation
- Max's age 40 years
- Bachelor Degree S1 Engineering in oil / Geological, Elektro's technical engineering and Tech
- Having verbal good english language ability and also writing (TOEFL min 450)
