BARGE HAULING PLANNING / LOGISTIC SUPPORT PLANNER (BHP)
Qualification & Experience:

  • Have 2 years Experience do Vessel line up, matching shipment to production, coal spec , etc
  • Knowledge on shipping scheduling & planning
  • Experience in coordinate to prepare tugs &barges, FTS, and Loading plan
  • Bachelor Degree S1 degree Transport Management / Port & shipping Management
  • Knowledge shipping practice and logistic supply chain
  • Knowledge in customs formality and shipping document
  • Had good analyse vessel loading for improvement

IT NETWORK & SECURITY (CODE : IT)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have minimum 3-5 years experience as Network development
  • Have experience as Infrastructure network and security, CCNA, Inventory, Asset Management
  • Deep knowledge on CCNA and Linux
  • Effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • Have a good skill in Network
  • Could manage time management, project planning, and organizational skills for small team.

COAL MANAGEMENT (CM)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 3-5 years experiences in Coal Management
  • Ensuring the quantity and quality of coal that will be blending in accordance with the mining plan
  • Understanding of business processes Mine Operations Department.
  • Bachelor Degree S1 mining
  • Willing to work in remote area

WATER MANAGEMENT (CODE : WM)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor from mining, geology, civil, mechanical
  • Have 1– 3 years experience in Water Management
  • Can operate LV – have SIM A (must be)
  • Familiar with operation mine pump
  • Ensure all mine activity run comply with environment aspec
  • Supervise Mine contractor activities, Ensure all mine activity run follow good mine practice accord with SOP
  • Understanding of business processes Mine Operations Department

LAND MANAGEMENT SUPERINTENDENT (LMS)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having Min 3 years experience as Lawyer will be advantage
  • Bachelor Graduate in Law, Survey, Forestry
  • Responsible to do land compensation, to monitor and processing the land certificate as needed by the company, to Support and make sure that mine concession comply with regulation, as representing if there some case to the court
  • Having good ability to negotiate and to develop relationship with local community
  • Having good knowledge of mining regulation and land compensation is preferable
  • Fluently in English both oral and written

SENIOR GEOTECH (CODE : SGT)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 4 years experience in related field  
  • Having depth knowledge about geological modeling
  • Bachelor Degree S1 in Geology Engineering
  • Having deep knowledge about reviewing geological data

SENIOR MINE ENGINEERING (CODE : SME)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 5 years experiences in Mine Planning
  • Bachelor Degree S1 in Mine Engineering
  • For Mine Planning experience in long term mine planning, mining engineering support, mining engineering project study/evaluation project and familiar with mining software (Minescape, Vulcan, Surpac, Minex

SENIOR GEOLOGIST (CODE : SGO)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor Degree S1 in Geology Engineering
  • Min 7 years experiences in long term geological modeling, geological technical services, and operation supports

HEAD OF COAL TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT (CODE : HCTD)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor Degree in Geology, Mine Engineering.
  • Min. 15 years experiences in coal mining
  • Having Knowledge Geology in Coal Industry or
  • Having Knowledge Geotechnical
  • Having Network in Coal Industry
  • Having knowledge Human resource development and financial is advantage

HR Compliance Staff ( HRC )
Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor any major
  • Experience with Expatriate formalities administration
  • Experience Expatriate data base maintenance
  • Understanding leave Management
  • HRC administration
  • Status: Contract

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Willing to work in remote area
  • Good communication in both written and spoken English
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity
