Executive Assistant Manager (EAM)
Requirements :
- 2 years’ experience in a hotel general management capacity.
- Previuos experience managing star rated property, preferably Five Star properties.
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
- Proven track record of achievements in the hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
- Medium level in French or German are a plus.
- Strong organizational & leadership skills.
- Good attitude, honest, self-motivated, team player, leadership, strong analysis, conceptual thinking; communicative: cooperative .
- Flexibility to adapt to different situations and environments.
- Having competency of Leadership: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling
- Must be willing to relocate in a new remote tourist destination in Banyuwangi
