SITE PROJECT MANAGER
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 10 years direct work experience in project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
- On-site project management execution and finalization of both access road and well-site for exploratory well drilling
- Certifications in Civil Engineering and Project Management
- Demonstrated experience in personnel management
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
- Placement : Jambi
Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage project development on-site until completion
- Overseeing and ensuring the activities on-site by Contractor are aligned with the Scope of Work, Time Schedule and Quality as defined in the contract
- Creating and maintaining a scheduled update of daily, weekly and monthly completed versus actual work done on-site
- Maintain good relations with local government (Camat, Dinas-dinas, Bupati) for work of landfill (transportation) and locations
- Maintain good relations with the local community around the project
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- Track project milestones and deliverables
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle
