Coal production supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Have 3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or Production Technician/Operator.
- Graduate S1 in Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Geology/Geophysics or equivalent.
- Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace and able to work in a team.
- Have excellent interpersonal skill, energetic, mature, Honest, Discipline & dynamic
- Having competency of Leadership: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling
- Strong leadership skill and people management
