FIELD SUPERINTENDENT (NATIONAL)
Qualification & Experience:
- Has 10 years experience worked in remote area.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Field (Lhoksukon-Aceh) with rotation schedule 10/10.
- Good Managerial, communication, leadership skill, problem solver, and also good in decision making.
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Petroleum/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering.
- Excellent spoken and written English preferable.
- Extensive experience of upstream operations with significant experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Understanding and experience of production engineering.
- Experience of supervising a multidisciplinary & multicultural workforce in a remote location.
- Very good understanding of best gas field procedures and practices.
- Key role in negotiations and relationships with key vendors.
- Understand in company & government of Indonesia procurement policy & regulation knowledge
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- To manage, schedule and safely execute all Field Operations to ensure the continued increase of gas production to maintain the company”s core business and future growth.
- To ensure that the company”s production targets and forecasts are safely achieved, that associated operations are within budget, by close liaison with the Production/Drilling and all other supporting field departments.
- Act as the focal point of liaison between corporate office and the field to ensure all operational requirements are met and carried out safely, promptly and economically.
- Ensuring all operational data is accurately and promptly reported to management.
- Ensuring that all requirements, deadlines, and support services for Operations, Construction, Maintenance and Materials are met and carried out by field personnel.
- Promote and implement Health, Safety & Environmental policies and ensure adherence.
- Determine the cause and appropriate corrective actions for near misses and accidents.
- Evaluate operations and ensure staffs are given necessary training, supplies and support.
