SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 5 year experience with Export and Import, Shipment Permit and documentation
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Fluency in English both oral & written and Computer skill
- Hands on experience in SAP program (will be advantage)
Key Accountibilities:
- Supply Chain Analyst is accountable to provide analysis of Supply Chain Cost for OMS Indonesia. Obtaining visibility to cost exposure, budget and actual spending is very crucial to ensure that execution of logistics activity is within the pre-set budget and variance can be anticipated and captured properly and timely.
- The Supply Chain Analyst is also expected to lead various Business Process Improvements, leading to process streamlining and cost optimization. The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible to measure contractors KPI measurement and role out improvement planning.
SUPPLY CHAIN OFFICER
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 5 year experience with Export and Import, Shipment Permit and documentation
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Fluency in English both oral & written and Computer skill
- Hands on experience in SAP program (will be advantage)
LEGAL OFFICER
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 3 years experience as corporate Legal.
- Experience in divestment and acquisition transactions and in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Familiar with Industrial relations and employment law matters in Indonesia.
- Excellent energetic team player with demonstrated interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience with interacting with multiple customers.
- Excellent communication skill of both English and Bahasa
PROCUREMENT SUPERINTENDENT
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 3 years experience in managing procurement/logistic/supply chain roles
- Knowledge and understanding of procurement cycle.
- Bachelor’s degree from Engineering or business related discipline.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen. Know what a “good deal” and “how to get it”
- Fluency in English both oral and written
- Committed to company standards of Safety, Health, Environment and Business Ethics
