LIFTING ENGINEER Kalimantan Timur Balikpapan
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 10 years of experience of relevant experience in lifting activities
- Bachelor Degree in any engineering major
- Be familiar with international rigging & lifting inspection code and Indonesian statutory legislation
Responsibilities:
- Lead and promote the following activities :
- Establishment, roll out and performance monitoring of the Lifting Operations Competence development system
- Establishment, roll out and performance monitoring of the Lifting Operation Procedures
- Establishment, roll out and performance monitoring of the Lifting Equipment Condition assurance system
- Assurance of conformance with Company Rules and specifications
- Review of lifting plans
- Setting objectives for direct reports and monitoring their progress on a regular basis
- Providing direction, mentoring and support to direct reports as required
- Audit of Contractor Operations
- Certification and inspection of lifting equipments from Company and contractors
- Other specific support activities as required
- The nature of the work will be varied and will include both administrative activities in the office, as well as field activities and the management of a team of lifting experts.

Qualification & Experience:

- Conduct the jobs related to responsibility to respect the HSE policies & procedures
- Coordinate contract support for commissioning works within Field Operation Areas to ensure the smooth integration of project installations into existing facilities
- Participate in project review and system sub-system split in coordination with Engineering function
- Follow up project carried out by Engineering function
- Coordinate and follow up trainings for project to support project integration within FO Division

Responsibilities:
- To prepare and present technical dossiers relating to structural engineering, in order to assist the engineering manager in co-coordinating the development of a specific Project (Oil and Gas) Construction.
- Review and approval of design engineering documents and drawings produced by EPSC Contractors as part of ongoing development projects.
- Review and approval of construction procedures developed by EPSC Contractors.
- Ensure all EPSC Contractors structural engineering and related documentation is produced in a timely fashion and in accordance with the project Contract.
- Follow up site engineering queries during the procurement and construction phases of EPSC contracts.
