TANGGUH EXPANSION GPF PROJECT MANAGER (Req ID : 28938BR )
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Safe design and quality build of the offshore Gas Processing Facilities for Tangguh Expansion
- Lead the project team through engineering, procurement, construction and installation to safe execution in line with Tangguh Expansion project performance standards of safety, quality, schedule and cost
Qualification and Job Description:
- Have 20 years relevant experience in major oil and gas capital projects, at least 8 years at project management level
- Have experienced in application of a staged gate project management process, and engineering technical practices.
- Able to engage and work with operations personnel, stakeholders and parallel project teams
- Proven track record of managing major EPC work scopes ($US>500MM) for a client or PSC company, preferably offshore
- Bachelor Degree in engineering from reputable university
- Proven track record in the engineering, fabrication and installation of offshore platforms and pipelines.
- Proven track record of the implementation of assurance processes to manage large capital projects
- Ability to demonstrate effective project management and leadership skills in multi-national teams
- Proven track record in setting expectations and delivering high standards of HSSE performance
- Advanced understanding of business drivers and the ability to align project goals
- Advanced understanding of costs (capital, operating, life cycle) and estimating techniques,
- Track record in the performance management of Contractors responsible for major capital work scopes in the Oil and Gas industry

- Have 8 years experience in integrated oil and gas activities with at least 3 years experience in natural gas or LNG business
- Have 3 years commercial or operational experience including a minimum of 1 years experience in the commercial or operational side of LNG business
- Good knowledge in technical and commercial issues relating to LNG and/or condensate Supply Purchase Agreements
- Bachelor degree in engineering, commercial or law
- Strong logical and analytical thinking skill
- Experience in working in a multi-cultural and multi-discipline environment
- Fluent in oral and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Good interpersonal and leadership
