Qualification & Experience:
- Have 5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Min Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
Responsibilities:
- Direct reports to Operational Manager Batam,
- Ensure the manufactured products to be delivered on time to customer,
- Review Purchase Orders for welding/fabrication and machining,
- Write Work Order based on Purchase Order and other related documents,
- Specify material and labor needs to carry out the Work Order,
- Schedule manufacturing activities together with Operation Manager,
- Monitor and change on-going manufacturing activities to optimize cost and delivery time,
- Write weekly reports to General Manager on manufacturing activities and production schedule,
- Implement and improve implementations of manufacturing best-practices, such as ISO 9001: 2008.
SENIOR MECHANIC (TUBULAR RUNNING SERVICES) - Jawa Barat Citereup
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 7 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Citereup.
- Min Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Full-Time positions available.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain all shop equipment, spare parts inventory and ordering, plus all documentation, files and records relevant to equipment operation, maintenance schedules etc.
- Maintain/ repair/ overhaul equipment –diesels, hydraulic, pneumatic power/pressure and shop equipment, including Tubular Running Services Hoisting Tools.
- Document all maintenance/ repair and overhaul works. Generate and implement an equipment maintenance schedule to cover all major machinery and equipment.
- Keep and maintain Operations/Repair/Parts List Manuals and records of all relevant machinery and equipment
- Generate Work Orders for the regular inspections of hoisting tools and drifts.
- Keep and maintain hardcopy files of all Tubular Running Services equipment inspection reports, Work Orders, MR’s, maintenance checklists etc.
- Generate MR’s for spare parts purchase as necessary.
- Inspect and document all incoming and outgoing inter-company parts when received and prior to shipment, maintain Spare parts stocks inventory and records.
- Assist in load outs.
