MINE PLAN ENGINEER
Qualification & Experience:

  • Have 5 years experience as an engineer in open pit coal mining area
  • Mining software skills required (auto cad, minescape, design, surpac minex, Xpac Basic and Microsoft Project, etc.)
  • Having POP license is preferably
  • Bachelor in Mining Engineering

SENIOR GEOLOGIST
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 7 years experience in long term geological modeling, geological technical services, and operation supports in Coal Mining
  • Has extensive working knowledge in Mining, Coal Quality, Geological Modeling, Database and Resource calculation
  • Bachelor Degree S1 Degree in Geology Engineering
  • Familiar with Geological Software (Mapinfo, ArcView, Surpac, Auto Cad and GPS)

PROJECT MANAGER
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 8-10 years relevant experience in engineering and project management within the Mining Industry.
  • Graduate of Mining Engineering
  • Hold POU Certificate of Competency
  • Good comand of English both speaking and written

KEPALA TEKNIK TAMBANG (KTT)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 7 years experience in mining company with mm 3 years in managerial level (experience in leading mining department, including coordinating, controlling technical activities, handling mine operation, mine planning, mining project, etc)
  • Have experienced in developing coal mining project with HSE/K3 implementation
  • Excellent interpersonal proficiency and communication skill in Indonesia and English (oral & written)
  • Bachelor degree S1 in Mining
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices
  • Possess managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities and ability to organize workload and set priorities accordingly
  • Hold POU Certificate of Competency

JUNIOR GEOLOGIST
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 2-5 years experience in Coal Mining for operational or exploration role
  • Has extensive working knowledge in Mining, Coal Quality, Geological Modeling, Database and Resource calculation
  • Bachelor degree in Geology
  • Familiar with Geological Software (Mapinfo, ArcView, Surpac, Auto Cad and GPS)
  • Able to work under pressure with a minimum supervision

LEGAL OFFICER
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 2 years experiece in Mining Industry (preferably from coal mining company)
  • Understand all legal aspects i.e. Land, Government, Licences, Permit, and Documentation
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law
  • Fluent in English and have excellent presentation skills
  • Preferably applicants who domicile in Kalimantan

EXTERNAL / PUBLIC RELATION OFFICER
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 5 years experience in dealing / having work relations with Governement and external parties or communities surround the area of mining Site
  • Experiences in dealing with social issues
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from social science preferably in Sociology, Anthtropology, Legal and other relevant social sciences
  • Excellent negotiation leadership skill
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Able to work under pressure

LAND ACQUISITION OFFICER
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 3 years experience in same field of working
  • Experiences in handling legal aspects and issue related to Land Acquisition documentation
  • Socialization to people /villagers who leaving in radius mine project area
  • Minimum Degree (S1) of any majors
  • In-depth knowledge of land acquisition and compensation process
  • Capable to work under pressure
  • Have good comand in English both written and speaking

SURVEYOR
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 2 years experiences in the same field
  • Having competency with surveying and engineering software
  • Familiar with the Surveyor tools equipment and applications

MINING ENGINEER
Qualification & Experience:
Have 2 years experience in mining industry
  • Knowledge of best practice in Project Management
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
  • Good command in English written and verbal
  • Familiar with mining software: Minescape, Xpac, Surpac, Talpac

All positions above will be placed on site in Central Kalimantan and should be willing also to be placed to other project site locations.
