Job Requirements:
- Familiar with following engineering functions : standard engineering processes and problem solving techniques; risk measurement and management techniques within a project framework; the role and function of statistical analysis, probability, modeling, and ‘number crunching’ within a project framework
- Male / Female, age max 27 years old
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Petroleum Electronic Civil Mechanic Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00 (scale of 4.00)
- Fresh graduates are more than welcome to apply
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
- Highly motivated, have good communication and presentation skills, independent and dynamic with capacity to work under pressure in fast-paced and challenging environment
- A very good understanding of written and spoken English is compulsory

Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Making well plan, drilling program and procedures which will be used to conduct the drilling project based on seismic, geological, and offset well data
- Ensure that wells are designed and engineered to the company standards
- Performing cost estimates and analysis
- Develops, plans, costs, schedules, and supervises the operations necessary in the process of drilling oil and gas wells consist of administering drilling and service contracts, engineering design, planning of wells, and supervising the drilling crew on site
- Monitoring the daily progress of well operations and current daily costs, comparing actual costs with cost expenditure proposals and recommending changes or improvements to rig work techniques, which could lead to optimization of expenditure
- Review equipment specifications and methods and be prepared to recommend new techniques
- Make final well reports and various documents required by the well construction process
- Liaise with other professionals (Geologist, Geophysicist) to monitor drilling progress, oversee safety management, and ensure the protection of the environment
- Adhering to environmental protection standards, in some cases through direct discussion with local governments to ensure compliance with legislative requirements
- Ensure that HSE planning and permitting is in place
