BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER
Qualification & Experience:

  • Have 10 years professional experience in related field, out of which 5 years in senior managerial position.
  • Have a good managerial skill, human relationships, and mentoring with a strong leadership capability.
  • Min. Bachelor degree in Mining, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering from reputable local university/overseas preferred.
  • Able to communicate to any level (360 degree communication).
  • Strong analytical skills and a true passion for delivery and the ability to work to stringent target deadline date.

MINE ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT
Qualification & Experience:
  • Min. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineer.
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal.
  • Good leadership and communication skill.
  • Willing to be placed in all mining project location.
  • May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirements.

MINE ENGINEERING MANAGER
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 10 years mine experience and minimum 3 years in managerial position.
  • Min. Bachelor degree, preferably in mining engineering.
  • Excellent communication both in English & Indonesian.
  • Outstanding analysis skills.
  • Strong capability / exposure to mine planning softwares.

MARKETING & STRATEGY SUPERINTENDENT – Mining (Assignment: Jakarta)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 5 years experience in similiar field
  • Having minimal 5 (five) years exposure in Mining industry
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
  • Knowledge of legal & administration aspects related Mining government regulations and tender process
  • Good communication and networking capability

SENIOR MINING ENGINEER
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 4 years experiences as a Mining Engineer in open-cut mining
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal
  • Willing to be placed in all company locations or Jakarta
  • May be required to work flexible hours to meet project requirements

PROJECT ENGINEER – Civil
Requirement:
  • Have 4 years of progressive experience in mine engineering and mining operations supervision and management; with some experience gained at operating coal mines.
  • Min. Bachelor degree in Mining or Engineering
  • Maximise Project margins by ensuring appropriate Technical Specifications and Codes are adopted and followed by all Vendors and Fabricators to ensure the design life integrity is achieved.
  • Minimise re-work by being involved in constructability reviews.
  • Provide assistance to startup and commissioning team

PROJECT COST CONTROL – Mining
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 2 years experiences in the similar fields
  • Good communication skill especially with the project team to keep aware of potential changes
  • Required to review all project cost items such as Purchase Orders, Labor, Material Charges, Work Orders, Scope changes, and invoices
  • Willing to be placed to all company project locations
  • Required to work extended hours to meet reporting deadline
  • Computer literate, and familiar with project software such as PRISM, etc.
  • Min. Bachelor degree in any major
  • Attention to details

MINING ENGINEER
Requirement:
  • Have 2 years experience in mining industry
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
  • Knowledge of best practice in Project Management
  • Willing to be placed in all company site locations
  • Good command in English written and verbal
  • Familiar with Mining software
  • Familiar with mining software: Minescape, Xpac, Surpac, Talpac

MINING ENGINEER – FLEET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 2 years previous experience as a Mining Engineer especially for running dispatch mining system
  • Min. Bachelor degree preferably in Mining Engineering
  • Fluent in English written and verbal
  • Good analysis and problem solving skill
  • Good understanding of Mining Business Processes
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Power Point, Report Preparation and Presentation


CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ENGINEER - (Assignment: Project Sites)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 2 years working experience in an open-cut mining operation.
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining, Civil, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • Strong computer skills, preference is competent using statistical software application such as MINITAB.
  • Strong on analytical (multi variance data) skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to influence others and lead change.
