Qualification:
Have 5 years experience in oil & gas industry
Good understanding of Rebis / Autoplant, PDS, PDMS and Autocad softwares (all Version)
Good experience in designing equipment arrangement & piping layout, piping isometric
Min Technical High School / D3 Engineering preferably from mechanical
Willing to be hired as 6 month contract status

Job Description and Responsibilities:
Handling incoming / outgoing correspondence to internal
staff, vendors, suppliers, sub-contractors, PSC either through fax, e-mail,
letter and internet
Ensuring incoming / outgoing correspondence of all department goes into master file for review of Director
Securing Director itinerary / agenda / appointments / overseas travel arrangement
Supervise and ensure proper filing system is carried out by Document Keeper to access easy record retrieval
Handling / incoming / outgoing telephone calls of Director.
