Qualification:
Bachelor Degree S1 in social science majoring in
economic/communication is an advantage GPA 2.75.
To provide CD/CR sustainable program based on community
needs assessment
To build/maintain positive relationship with stakeholders
surrounding operation area.
Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for
excellence" attitude.
Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to
communicate well in English both written and spoken.
Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas
in a clear manner.
Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.
Well organized, self motivated and able to work both
independently and in a team.
Responsibilities:
To conduct assessment of local potential : quantity, skill,
distribution as basis to propose CD/CR program.
To create and promote sustainable resources based economic
activities (both agriculture and non-agriculture), e.g. training, counseling.
To ensure that all CD/CR project meet quality and technical
requirements.
To evaluate regularly CD/CR impact to company and community
relationship.
To support operation in handling external/industrial issues.
To control expenditure of CD/CR projects not to exceed
company approved budget.
To assist manager in analyze and provide training program
for CD/CR personnel.

Land Acquisition Staff Security & External
Qualification:
Has experience in community and government relation.
Ability to identify characterisitics of community.
Work with Land Acquisition team in carried out land
acquisition program, especially in CBM's acquired area. Secure VICO land
boundary from illegal occupation and ensure that re-boundary program for VICO's
acquired land is conducted, then to incorporate the data into existing survey
database.
Bachelor Degree S1 in Geodetic Engineer is an advantage with
minimum GPA 2.75.
Ability to work independently.
Understanding land and environmental regulation .
Understanding local languange and culture.
Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for
excellence" attitude.
Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to
communicate well in English both written and spoken.
Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas
in a clear manner.
Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.
Responsibilities:
To perform external assessment for new location to
anticipate any social issues.
To update land acquisition and overlapping data on monthly
basis.
To provide land re-boundary work program prioritized on
critical areas and prepare the contract with third party.
Working together with related parties in handling
overlapping issue (coal, plantation, forestry).
To perform risk analysis on social issues, including claims
& complaints.
