PARTS SUPPLY ANALYST (PARTS)
Qualification:
- Have 3 year experience in supply chain preferably from heavy equipment company
- Good knowledge about heavy equipment spare parts especially for dump truck, excavator, dozer and grader from various manufacturer
- Able to identify genuine spare parts or compatible parts
- Male, age maximum 35 years old
- Min Diploma Degree D3 in mechanical, automotive or electrical from recognized university
- Computer literate in using MS Office & internet
- Able to make stock report periodically
- Able to make maintenance plan for heavy equipment
HSE SUPERVISOR (HSES)
Qualification:
- Have 3 years experience as Health Safety Environment (HSE) in mining or oil & gas industry
- Male, age maximum 40 years old
- Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) is preferred
- Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / public health / environment engineering
- Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
- Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007
- Has the ability to draft HSE strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
- Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige
- Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury)
- Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good health and able to work under pressure with good result
- To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule
COOK SUPERVISOR (COOK)
Qualification:
- Have 3 years experience, preferably from mining, hotel & tourism, hospitality, restaurant, catering service, food & beverage company
- Graduate from SMK/D3 from hotel & tourism / food & beverage
- Maximum 35 years old
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
- Good knowledge of traditional and international foods
- Able to make budgeting and various kind of healthy menu for mining workers
- Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
MINE PLAN ENGINEER SPT – SPV (MPE)
Qualification:
- Have 4 years experience in mining company
- Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities
- Able to calculate of heavy equipment hour production, summarize and analyze daily report, appliance hour, man power activities and dismissal of over burden and rotate mine
- Age maximum 35 years old
- Bachelor degree S1 from mining engineer / geology faculty
- Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process
- Taking care of quality of mine product
- Good understanding about HSE / K3
- Capable of operating mining software such as Minex, MineScape, Surpac, AutoCad, Carlson Mining)
ACCOUNTING / FINANCE SUPERVISOR – STAFF
Qualification:
- Have 3 years experience in Finance & Accounting field, preferable from mining company
- Having knowledge on budget project in accordance with approved design mine plan, review & report cost against budget, mining cost accounting
- Having good knowledge with PSAK 33 and Tax Mining
- Experience in project management and cost control
- Maximum 30 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable university with minimum GPA 2,75 scale out of 4.0
- Multi tasking, open minded person, hard worker, analytical thinking
- Computer literate in using MS Office and Internet
- Good skills in English both oral and written. Good in Mandarin will be an advantage
