PLANT SUPERINTENDENT SUPERVISOR (PLANT)
Qualification:
- Have 5 years experience in maintenance, troubleshouting, repairing, plotting, and manage assets of heavy equipments
- Or have 3 years experience as Superintendent in Plant Department at mining contractors
- Experience in the maintenance management and system
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Mechanical Engineering
- Familiar with wide range of heavy equipments maintenance program including Excavator, Bulldozer, Dump Truck, Motor Grader, for various brand: Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi & Volvo
HEAVY EQUIPMENT MECHANIC (HEM)
Qualification:
- Have 3 year experience in related field, preferably from mining company or heavy duty equipment company
- Computer literate in using MS Office & internet
- Male, age maximum 35 years old
- Min High School STM SMK from mechanical, automotive or electrical
- Able to repair and over haul heavy equipment such as dump truck, excavator, bulldozer, ADT, compactor and grader from various type/model from various brand/manufacturer (Europe, Japanese, China)
- Able to make maintenance schedule for heavy duty equipment
- Monitoring break down unit and trouble unit
- Able to identify genuine spare parts or compatible parts for all type of heavy duty equipment
- Well knowledge about safety procedure
- To be located in Eastern part of Indonesia, with rotation schedule
MINING / PRODUCTION SPT – SPV (PROD)
Qualification:
- Have 3 years experience in mining company as Production
- Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities
- Capable of doing calculation of heavy equipment hour production, summarize and analyze daily report, appliance hour, usage of fuel, man power activities and dismissal of over burden and rotate mine
- Male, max 35 years old
- Bachelor degree S1 in mining engineer faculty
- Taking care of quality of mine product
- Good understanding about HSE / K3
- Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities
- Hardworking, able to work under pressure, self motivated and honest
SURVEYOR CHIEF / FOREMAN (SURVEY)
Qualification:
- Having minimum 2-3 years experience in mining industry
- Able to operate Autocad Land Desktop
- Able to operate Surpac is a plus point
- Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software
- Well understanding of Total Station Tools (Leica & Sokia)
- Age maximum 35 years old
- Min D3 Cartographic (Ilmu Ukur Tanah) / Geodesi
- Able to do a topographic measurement and data processing
- Willing to be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule
QUALITY CONTROL SPT SPV (QC SPT-SPV)
Qualification:
- Have 2 years experience from laboratory in mining company
- Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all laboratory activities
- Familiar with ICP instrument and International standardization of Elements Determination especially in mining material (ISO, ASTM, JIS, GB)
- Familiar with SOP, GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, QC/QA procedures and work flow production process in mining company
- Good knowledge in chemical process (solid catalyst, surfactants, interfacial tension) and instruments (GC-MS, XRD, XRF, ICP OES, ASS, UV-Visible Spectrophotometers, Leco, Eltra sulfur analyzer)
- Maximum 35 years old
- Bachelor degree S1 from faculty of Chemistry
- Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities
- Hardworking, able to work under pressure, self motivated and honest
General requirement:
- To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule
- Good physical health and able to work in a team
- Computer Literate in using MS office and Internet
- Fluent in English both oral & written
