HR Supervisor/Officer - Jakarta Raya
Job Requirements:
  • Graduate S1 in HRM, Psychology, Law
  • Have more 3 years as HR Supervisor or generalist
  • Having good communication skills in both English and Indonesia
  • Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace and able to work in a team.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skill, energetic, mature, Honest, Discipline & dynamic
  • Having good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Having competency of Leadership: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling
  • Strong leadership skill and people management

Job Description and Responsibilities:
  • Assist Group HR and line people to implement overall HR strategy in line with the Group guidelines
  • Select suitable candidates on recruitment process;
  • Acts as a professional HR consultant for the internal clients, with the ability to provide HR advice and suggestions.
  • Lead communication and ensure good implementation of employees C&B programs, policies, and others;
  • Build communication bridge between management and employee to build a healthy, harmonious and productive working environments;
