PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT – (MINING PRODUCTION)
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 3 years experience in mining operation
- Has in-depth knowledge in Production Planning.
- Male, min 35 Years
- Min High school Graduate up to bachelor of degree with GPA min 2.75, preferably from mining Engineering background.
- Have comprehension in mathematical and technical skill.
- Demonstrate leadership ability to lead and drive a team to achieve project target.
- Possess strong Communication Skills, Problem Solving Skills follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and ready to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets with sudden changes environment.
- Strong work commitment with the ability to work independently and be self driven.
- Able to provide business support and be a strong partner in operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think and plan ahead.
- Fluent in English and computer application literacy such as Ms Office.
- Familiar with Heavy equipment.
- Willing to be posted within the site area in Samarinda and Berau, East Kalimantan
ENGINEER MINING SUPERINTENDENT
Qualification & Experience:
- Good knowledge about HSE/K3 procedure
- Familiar with Heavy equipment
- Computer Literate in MS Office, Internet and Mining Software such as minescape/minecom, Surpac etc.
- Well Understanding about mining operation.
- Able to manage natural and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
- Male, 35-45 Years
- Bachelor Degree S1 in mining engineering, geodesi, geologist
- Fluent in English
- Having good health and able to work under pressure
- Good leadership and interpersonal skill, good analytical and focus on detail
- Having strong Motivation, Supportive and communicative
- Willing to be located in site, with working rotation schedule
