MINING GENERAL MANAGER (MGM)
Qualifications :
- Have 10 years applicable experiences in managing coal and minerals mining operation
- Have experinced in working with ISO 9001:2000 & OHSAS 18001:1999 standard is preferable
- Having POP / KTT certificate
- Bachelor degree S1 in Mining Engineering
- Must have excellent planning and organizational abilities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good in English both written and spoken will be an advantage
- Computer Literate in using MS Office, Internet
- Having competency of Leadership: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling
- Strong leadership skill and people management
- Honest, target oriented and high analytical skill
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work independently as well as a team
- Willing to be placed outside Jakarta/Java
