General Requirements:
- Graduate min Diploma III or equivalent majoring in related field.
- Have 3 years working experience in the same role, preferably in mining company.
- Having Train for Trainer certificate for Training Supervisor.
- Having good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
- Having good communication skills in both English and Indonesia
- Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace and able to work in a team.
- Have excellent interpersonal skill, energetic, mature, Honest, Discipline & dynamic
- Local residents will be given priority.
