Job Requirements:
- Have 15 years diversified hands on experience in human resources and administration management
- Have experience in Oil & Gas Industry with min 5 years proven track record in related experience.
- Have experience in managing diversity both in terms of cultural differences as well as Terms & Conditions of services of National staff and Expatriates.
- Recognized Degree in HR Management, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or Law with relevant working experience.
- Having broad knowledge & experience in implementation of personnel programs, policies, procedures and regulation in Indonesia.
- Having excellent communication skills, teamwork and leadership skills.
- Having good influence and negotiation skills.
