- Sr. PRODUCTION RESERVOIR SPECIALIST: ( 1 persons)
- WORK OVER: ( 4 persons)
- DRILLING SUPERVISOR: ( 6 persons)
- SENIOR DRILLING SUPERVISOR: ( 2 persons)
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 10 years experience in COMPANY MAN duty for Oil and Gas Company
- Should be hold Valid Migas certificate AP III and IWCF/IAPC certificate
- Familiar to operate computer and reporting
- Have good drill skill and well control procedure
- Safety knowledge
- Experienced as Drilling Superintendent in active Oil/Gas Production
- Willing to work and train Indonesian co workers/subordinates.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Responsible to supervise Drilling Rig operation done as per program, safety, and cost effective, Reporting to Drilling Superintendent.
- Prepare daily drilling cost and daily drilling report
- Supervise the COMPANY’s Drilling rigs and operations in any area of operation.
- Coordinate with the construction department to facilitate moving of drilling rigs and location building.
- Assist the Operation Manager in planning well programs, coordinating logistics and preparing budget programs.
- Carry out any and all duties assigned by the Operations Manager and/or General Manager.
- Coordinate with Services Co, and logistic department to prepared and sent materials and equipment to support drilling operations.
- Make sure all equipment tools, and personnel required for drilling operation available on location in advance to avoid lost time waiting on materials, equipment or personnel.
- Coordinate with service Co. planning and execution the job done properly, and safely.
- Coordinate with construction department to facilitate moving rig and location building.
- Coordinate with Bojonegoro office regarding local issue, and report to drilling Supt.
Specific Primary Duties:
- Prepare scope and specifications of materials, equipment and personnel for tender packages.
- Prepare tender evaluations
- Prepare studies of formation pressure and frac gradient for casing design.
- Prepare well plans and AFEE’s for drilling and completion for exploration wells.
- Prepare the drilling prospectus for exploration wells.
- Prepare studies of casing seat dept determination based on neighboring hole problems.
- Coordinate the logistics materials, equipment and supplies to support the drilling activities.
- Maintain liaison with specialized technical personnel during drilling and completion activities.
