HRIS ANALYST - Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:

  • Having 5-7 years of working experiences in HR especially in oil & gas industry
  • Preferably experienced in handling HR Information Systems and Business Process, Payroll Management, Employee Database Management & Reporting
  • Having good knowledge of Local labor laws & ILO regulations and other legal matters
  • Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines, preferably from Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources or related field
  • Having considerable knowledge of computer operations and computer systems analysis
  • Has a good ability in communication and work coordination
  • Good command in English(verbal and written)
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, HRIS Systems (ex. SAP, Sunfish, etc.) and Database software (ex. Oracle, Fox Pro, MySQL, etc.)

Job Description and Responsibilities:
  • To manage the employee data include absenteeism, personal data, performance ratings, employee movement, grading and compensation, leave, training, job assignment, and handle the data management to ensure the availability, accuracy and complete of each employee data, and also conduct the proper and accurate people dashboard reporting to management and respective government/ regulator
