SENIOR PIPING CHECKER
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 15 years accumulated experiences in piping drafting design, with 5 year experiences as Piping Checker
- Min Senior Technical School preferable from Mechanical
- Excellent in handling oil & gas projects
- Good in English
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Checking pipe support location
- Dimensioning & type of support
- Possibility location against structural drawing
- Checking pipe support detail
- Dimensioning & material wise as per PS standard drawings
- Material Take
- Checking Plot-plan/Equipment location plan:
- Dimensioning
- Equipment data updated as per P & ID
- Safety Access as per specification
- Checking Piping Plan/Section
- Arranging & dimensioning as per standard specification
- Arranging the P & ID and Piping drawings
- Consider to vendor data updated
- Consider to maintenance & operation wise
- Consider to head room / safety regulation
- Checking Piping Isometric
- Dimensioning & pipe spool
- Checking the piping plan/section
- Following the piping specification & Material Take Over
- Welding & spool numbering
