START-UP LEAD ONSHORE FACILITIES (1 POSITION)
Qualification & Experience:

  • Having minimum 20 years experience experience in oil and gas plant facilities.
  • 10 years experiences in system completions
  • Has at least one experience in a major sour Greenfield project start-up Facilitation of team building involving more than 8 people ,
  • Foreign assignments and multi-national workforces
  • Minimum education Diploma 3 with 10 years experience in oil and gas plant facilities or
  • Well, plant, pipeline and FSO operations and maintenance experience
  • Planning assignment – staff work through the engineering and/or operations function
  • Good communication and interfacing skills
  • Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio capable

START-UP SPECIALIST AUTOMATION ONSHORE (1 POSITION)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Minimum education Diploma 3 with 10 years experience in oil and gas plant facilities or Having minimum 20 years experience experience in oil and gas plant facilities and Minimum of 10+ years in the field of Automation.
  • 10 years experiences in system completions and
  • Has at least one major sour gas Greenfield start up experience Knowledgeable of ExxonMobil practices, processes, and expectations with respect to equipment systems completions, commissioning, and start- up of the facilities.
  • Excellent working knowledge of site specific automation processes and systems and thorough working knowledge of DCS design and functionality in oil and gas production start-up and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of developing and using loop drawings/one line diagrams/P&ID/cause and effect diagrams.
  • Good working knowledge of voice and data communications systems.
  • Good knowledge of ESD system, PSD system, and Alarm Management data bases.
  • Provide vendor interface through MICC team for all DCS related systems. Ensure functionality of DCS and communications systems at start-up through stable operations.
  • Working experience with process electronics/PLC/DCS, pneumatic, and turbine controls.
  • Strong working knowledge of plant processes combined with good trouble- shooting skills.
  • Requires patience and fortitude while coaching and mentoring others.
  • Practical experience in an H2S environment.
  • Direct “hands on” experience in plant/system start-up.
  • Working understanding of Project completions and commissioning practices.
  • Demonstrate good intrapersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with project personnel.
  • Ability to work in harsh environments and in stressful situations.
  • Overseas experience desirable, but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs.

START-UP SPECIALIST PRODUCTION/CCR – ONSHORE (1 POSITION)
Qualification & Experience:
  • 10 years experience in oil and gas plant facilities or
  • Having minimum 20 years experience experience in oil and gas plant facilities and minimum of 10 years as a Central Control Room Operator
  • 10 years experiences in system completions and
  • Has at least one major H2S Greenfield start up experience Working knowledge of ExxonMobil practices, processes, and expectations with respect to equipment systems completions, commissioning, and start-up of the facilities.
  • Minimum education Diploma 3 with
  • Strong working knowledge of a DCS based control system. Background must include DCS board operator experience. Practical experience in an H2S environment.
  • Strong process knowledge of the following systems:
  • 1. Crude separation and stripping.
  • 2. Produced water degassing.
  • 3. Fuel gas sweetening.
  • 4. Sulfur recovery from gas sweetened for fuel gas.
  • 5. Gas dehydration and compression.
  • 6. Steam Generation and Systems.
  • Direct “hands on” experience in plant/system start-up with exceptional trouble-shooting skills. Working understanding of Project completions and commissioning practices
  • Demonstrate good intrapersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with project personnel.
  • Requires patience and fortitude whil coaching and mentoring others.
  • Ability to work in harsh environments and in stressful situations.
  • Overseas experienced desirable, but not required.

START-UP LEAD OFFSHORE FACILITIES (1 POSITION)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having minimum 20 years experience experience in oil and gas plant facilities.
  • 10 years experiences in system completions and
  • Has at least one major Greenfield start up experience
  • Facilitation of team plans and building involving more than 8 people ,
  • Minimum education Diploma 3 with 10 years experience in oil and gas plant facilities or
  • Foreign assignments and multi-national workforces
  • Well, plant, pipeline and FSO operations and maintenance experience.
  • Planning assignment – staff work to the engineering and / or operations function Good communication and interfacing skills
  • Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio capable

CONSTRUCTION AREA SUPERINTENDENT (1 POSITION)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 15 years broad experience in all project phases, i.e. engineering, procurement and construction, would have at least ten (10) years specific involvement in major process facilities.
  • Minimum of five (5) years as a Construction Manager.
  • Worldwide experience with contractors and vendors, in particular those involved in the construction of onshore facilities.
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels from senior management to field labor.
  • Good technical and supervisory skills.

COMMISSIONING MECHANICAL ROTATING EQUIPMENT & PIPING (1 POSITION)
Qualification & Experience:
  • A minimum of 10 years relevant work experience in engineering, construction or commissioning of oil and gas project facilities or related industries and/or operations of oil and gas facilities, upstream and/or downstream, including a minimum of 2 years work experience as a completion/commissioning specialist in a similar size and complexity project
  • Direct "hands on" experience in project commissioning activities of similar size and complexity.
  • Proven expertise in mechanical and piping systems commissioning.
  • Excellent working knowledge of mechanical equipment, piping detail, civil works, and broad-knowledge of site specific mechanical systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of plant processes combined with good trouble-shooting skills.
  • Working knowledge of industry practices, processes, and expectations with respect to mechanical equipment, piping, electrical, instrumentation and control systems completions and commissioning.
  • Practical experienced in an h2s environment.
  • Overseas work experience is desirable but not required.
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with project personnel.
  • Ability to work in harsh environments and in stressful situations.
  • Proficient in microsoft office suite and other related softwares
  • Demonstrated willingness to relocate to engineering office site, installation site and other work sites as required for the banyuurip onshore projects completion/commissioning.

FACILITIES ENGINEER (3 POSITIONS)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 7 years of experience through multiple function and project assignments in engineering activities
  • Multi-disciplinary skill set and broad knowledge of engineering design office procedures and work processes
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, coordination, planning, and interface skills
  • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
  • BS degree in an engineering field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, Lotus Notes, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak fluent English

MECHANICAL COMPLETION COORDINATOR (2 POSITIONS)
Qualification & Experience:
  • An engineering degree with 5 - 10 years direct "hands on" experience in construction and / or systems completion in oil and gas processing is required.
  • Exposure to drilling and downhole operations would be beneficial.
  • High safety awareness is mandatory. A good knowledge of simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) is essential.
  • WinPCS or similar Systems Completion electronic database management system experience.
  • Requires an outstanding ability to interact with customers with diverse backgrounds. Must be an excellent facilitator and must exhibit mature judgement in conjunction with sound and analytical reasoning.
  • Requires ability to perform well during periods of adversity.
  • Ehibit strong verbal and written communication skills. Requires the ability to build consensus in areas of contention while enhancing working relationships.
  • Plant/system mechanical completion and commissioning experience is mandatory.
  • Wlling to live and work in fabrication facility, construction camp, and offshore environment.

SPREAD SUPERINTENDENT (2 POSITIONS)
Qualification & Experience:
  • 5-10 years experience
  • BS/MS in engineering

MOORING TOWER ENGINEER (1 POSITION)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Naval Architecture, Civil, Ocean, or Maritime Systems Engineering
  • 10+ years of closely related professional engineering experience.
  • Ideally:
  • -Hands-on design experience with FSO/FPSO mooring systems
  • Demonstrated hands-on skill at recommending quick, precise solutions to technical issues as required to meet or exceed Project schedule and budget constraints
  • Thorough and working knowledge of:
  • -Mechanical and piping systems engineering, design, and fabrication,
  • - Applicable codes, standards and trade practices
  • - ExxonMobil practices, processes, and expectations with respect to mechanical and piping systems engineering
  • Must be able and willing to:
  • - Work overseas
  • - Work with others outside his group to ensure that work results are technically compatible
  • - Work independently with minimum supervision
  • - Work as an integrated part of a Project team in an assurance role
  • - Establish strong contact with other advisors for consultation on interfaces (riser and FSO)
  • - Review and comment on contractor”s procedures and method statements for safety and constructability issues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, Lotus Notes, etc.
  • Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as required to function effectively within a project team and to communicate with project management, contractors, and sub contractors
