FIELD SPECIALIST – COMPLETIONS - Jakarta & Balikpapan,
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 2 years experience in Technical Degree preferred. Industry experience and product line training required
- Competent in running multiple medium to high risk applications in the Wellbore Intervention Product Group
- May be competent in running low to medium risk applications in other product groups
- Thorough knowledge of drilling and completion techniques and drilling/work over rig operations
- Thorough mechanical and application proficiency with Wellbore Intervention products in at least one product line
- Ability to work well and communicate well with others
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Under minimal supervision runs multiple applications of medium to high risk in the Wellbore Intervention Product Group
- Continues to expand and apply application knowledge and expertise to include applications of increasing complexity and/or risk in Wellbore Intervention and/or other product groups
- Ensures supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for job
- Provides front-line support with customer and accurately completes all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job
- Uses experience and knowledge of applications to ensure products and services are of highest quality
- May conduct on-the-job training for some Wellbore Intervention applications as required
- Handles special projects as assigned
- Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values
TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER / SALES JAKARTA, INDONESIA.
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 5 years oil field industry experience
- Minimum 2 years exposure to downhole service tools
- Project Management & Field Supervision experience
- Must have over 5 years exposure to Liner Hanger / Packer Equipment in South East Asia, including a minimum of 2 years in South Asia, unless otherwise, approved by Company in writing
- Minimum College / Bachelor”s Degree in Engineering
- Have completed industry recognized Liner Hanger / Packer and Completions courses
- Proficient knowledge of product line and proper application of tools
- Thorough understanding of down hole hydraulics and rig operations
- Proficient in use of computer based programs related to application of products
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Remain aware of Company”s drilling activities and upcoming needs for Liner Hanger / Packer Services by communicating with the Company”s Technical Proponent and respective Drilling (Project) Engineers
- Review each job in advance with the respective Company Drilling Project Engineer and keep the Company”s Technical Proponent informed on the status and any significant changes
- Coordinate efforts with the Company”s Technical Proponent to maintain inventory of Liner Hangers / Packers and Rental / Running Tools in Indonesia to satisfy Company”s drilling activity level per Contract
- Provides support for the product line(s), technical selling, key field product applications, well prognosis, and/or completion product performance
- Assists with prototype tool applications and new product market introductions
- Investigates unusual or unsatisfactory product performance to determine root cause and preventative action
- Completes advanced product line training (Field Service Personnel not included)
- Handles special projects, as assigned
