SENIOR GEOLOGIST
Qualification & Experience:

  • Having 10 years experience of exploration experience with an oil company
  • Experience in the application of sequence stratigraphic concepts and methods
  • Bachelor Degree in Geosciences. Second degree favorable
  • Must have fractured carbonate reservoir experience
  • Proficient with Petrel and/or Kingdom interpretation software
  • Confident presenting to and communicating with all levels within the organization
  • Knowledge and experience of multiple basins and play types
  • Working knowledge of geological techniques including worked on mature producing fields where the integration of production data has been used to constrain their maps and interpretations.
  • Ability to assess key subsurface risks and evaluate opportunities (plays, risking, probabilistic volumetrics, etc.)

SENIOR RESERVOIR ENGINEER
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 10 years experience of well-rounded oil & gas industry experience working in multi-disciplinary teams adding value to the assets through capital investment, and application of solid reservoir management skills,
  • Bachelor Degree in Reservoir Engineering. Second degree favorable
  • Proficient in using PC and expertise in using commonly used reservoir engineering, and simulation softwares; must have working knowledge of Production Management Software.
  • Confident presenting to and communicating with all levels within the organization
  • Knowledge and experience of multiple basins and play types
  • Must have fractured carbonate reservoir experience
  • Demonstrated ability to use petroleum engineering principles to solve problems and identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Strong background in reservoir engineering and pattern management practices, good overall practical oilfield operations knowledge, expertise in working with geoscientists, and production and facilities engineers, and in preparing AFEs

SENIOR GEOPHYSICIST
Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor Degree in Geosciences. Second degree favorable
  • Having 10 years experience of exploration experience with an oil company
  • Proficient with Petrel and/or Kingdom interpretation software
  • Confident presenting to and communicating with all levels within the organization
  • Knowledge and experience of multiple basins and play types
  • Working knowledge of geophysical techniques including seismic acquisition, processing, AVO, etc
  • Ability to assess key subsurface risks and evaluate opportunities (plays, risking, probabilistic volumetrics, etc.)
  • Seismic interpretation experience in fractured carbonate reservoir of structural and stratigraphic settings

PETROPHYSICIST
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 5 years experience in depth working knowledge of basic petro-physical procedures, techniques and theories; a sound understanding of geology geophysics and reservoir engineering and strong appreciation of well-drilling techniques and needs. Exposure to both carbonate and classic environments would be required
  • Bachelor Degree in Geoscience or Reservoir Engineering. Second degree favorable
  • Perform routine formation evaluation
  • Compose Petro physical section of Final Well Reports
  • Provide log-derived reservoir parameters, upscaled suitable for incorporation into Reservoir model
  • Contribute to Special Core Analysis Programmes, proposing specific measurements aimed to enhance the petro physical characterization of the reservoirs
  • Integrate Production Logs and Well Tests with Petrophysical data for reservoir characterization
  • Work in one or more integrated project teams to deliver high quality technical solutions on time
  • Recommend appropriate new and fit for purpose technologies
  • Ensure all work is properly Quality Controlled by the appropriate technical authorities, the findings are documented and action items formally closed-out
  • Ensure, with well site management, the safe operation of contractor activity and report any breaches.
  • Maintain and Update the Petrophysical Database in the company

RD MANAGER
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 10 years experience of working experience in oil and gas industry with the last 5 years spent in senior managerial position at human resources department
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline. Second degree favorable
  • Minimum age of 40 years old.
  • Conversant with BPMIGAS 018/PTK/X/2008 & Manpower Regulation.
  • Good fundamental knowledge of all HR management related issues.
  • Having knowledge and understanding in all HR & GA function, especially in Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, General Affair matters, Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation.
  • Having Good Leadership, Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated, strong strategic thinking orientation, loyalty, honesty, high dedication, commitment and understand with company, High capable to work independently as well as a part of team.
