RISK SPECIALIST - ASIA PACIFIC REGION - Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:

  • Having 15 years experience in Risk Analysis, HSSE, Process Safety or Engineering Oil & Gas Industry
  • Leadership/Management experience in an operating Oil and Gas business.
  • Knowledge of Risk Management Systems in an O&G business
  • Knowledge in assessing, developing, implementing and maintaining risk based assurance programs.
  • Strong Influential Skill and a good team work

Job Description and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the risk management process in the Region is in compliance with the GDP 3,1
  • Participate in the Entities Risk Review meetings and provide necessary guidance/assurance in the development of S&O Risk Register and RAPs/RIPs for Purple and Blue Risks
  • Coordinate the development of the Region Purple and Blue Risk Register
  • Ensure emerging risks are rigorously integrated into the S&OR risk process
  • Ensure alignment of risk identification and management process with the annual Performance Improvement Cycle.
  • Manage the S&O Purple and Blue risk actions tracker, ensure quality closur and report progress against the S&O RAPs/RIPs.
  • Engage technical authorities and subject matter experts in challenging the Regional S&O risk register and action plans.
  • Provide independent verification and assurance of consistent reporting of the regional risks.
  • Manage the Region S&O Risk Monthly Update and support facilitation of the Bi-monthly S&O risk reviews with the RLT
  • Support the Risk Director in facilitating independent assurance and coordinating the management of S&OR risk process for the region.
  • Coordinate the process in managing the S&OR risk identification and management (OMS 3.1) for all entities including NOJV within the region.
  • Coordinating the process for the region risk submission to the Center and in securing the final agreement and endorsement of risk action plans by the Production EVP
  • Participate in the Risk community of practice through the shared learning and best practices across the segment
