SUPPORT SERVICES SUPERVISOR - Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 5 to 10 years work experiences with some oil and gas experience and background in support services preferred.
- Female / Male, Bachelor degree/minimum S1 majoring in Business Admin/Management/Hotel & Tourism/Public Relations and other related to support services matter.
- Good communication
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Report to the Sr. Mgr. Human Resources supervising and handling the day-today activities which include but not limited to facilities management such as office services, office equipments, company's houses/apartment, cleaning service, travel and transportation arrangements:
- Handling Office Facilities: Office Space RENTAL, Maintenance, Minor Renovation and Handling Warehouse
- Handling Office Services: Newspaper and magazines, Mail services, Pantry services, Stationary supplies, Paper use, recycle photocopier
- Handling Support Services Personnel: Security and drivers, Cleaning services and Receptionist and Employee access card/ID card process
- Handling Administration: Expatriates house lease, Travel reservation, Cars/pool cars and Parking arrangement
