ENGINEERING MANAGER
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 10 – 15 years extensive experience in mine engineering, with min 3 years in managerial level (experience in leading technical department - including coordinating and controlling technical activities; handling mining operation, mine planning and designing, etc)
- Bachelor degree in Mining/Geological Engineering
- Hold POU Certification
- Having good knowledge in operating mining programs software, such as Minescape/Minex/ Surpac/Xpac, etc
INTERNAL AUDIT SENIOR MANAGER
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 10 years of working experience in reputable public accountant or internal auditor, experience in coal mining industry will be advantage.
- Having extensive understanding in Internal audit policies and procedures development, in compliance with relevant legislation and other Guidance
- Minimum S1 Accounting from reputable university
- Having good comprehensive experience in the audit process evaluated in order to produce IA reports for the oversight committee.
- Having extensive experience to coordinating with other assurance providers through the agreement of a time bound combined assurance model, including; internal and external audit, risk management, forensics and compliance functions
PERMIT & LICENSE DEPT. HEAD
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 5 years of working experience in mining company with extensive exposure in permits, licenses and land acquisitions would be preferable
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline. Master and above would be an advantage.
- Has wide network in mining industry, particular with related government institutions, and professional associations.
- Having extensive capability in presentation and negotiation skill
MINE MANAGER (KTT)
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 10 years of work experience and as a KTT minimal for 2 years.
- Bachelor degree in Mining/Geological Engineering.
- Hold POM and POU (KTT) Certification.
- Good relationship with related government.
- Having knowledge in Mining Acts, Rules, Regulations and extensive experiences in mining operations.
MINE/PIT GEOLOGIST
Qualification & Experience:
- Good understanding in coal sampling standard/method and coal quality analysis.
- Having knowledge in operating mining programs software: Minescape Stratmodel.
- Bachelor degree in Geology Engineering
- Hold POP Certification
ADMIN & GA SUPERINTENDENT
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 2 years experiences in the same position at mining site.
- Having extensive experiences to handle external/community problem, HR matters, Industrial Relation and GA area.
- Min. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration /Management or equivalent
HSE SPV
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 5 years experience in relation with safety and environment management in mining industry
- Hold Ahli K3 Umum Certification
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or having qualification in HSE
- Strong experience especially in coal mining project, which include safe working procedures, job safety analysis (JSA) and emergency response team
- Having knowledge in HSE Management System Implementation, include inspection activities and all documentation related to HSE
FUEL MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 5 years experience in Purchasing field
- Strong experience especially in any coal mining projects to handle fuel consumption monitoring and spare part stock control
- D3 / S1 degree in any dicipline
- Self starter, able to work with minimum supervision, good time management and a team player
- Having strong in administration and negotiation skill
CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 2 years experience in relation to handle administration and monitoring Key Performance Indicator company
- Having knowledge in Business Process, Balance Score Card and Performance Management.
- Min. Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering / Management / Psychology
- Self starter, able to work with minimum supervision, good time management and a team player
