SITE MANAGER - GORONTALO
Qualification & Experience:
Have 4 years experience as Site Manager in drilling field or mining industry would be an advantage

  • Having experience and familiar with HSE
  • Has a good knowledge about drilling field
  • Bachelor degree S1 in science or engineering, with a preference for environmental or safety discipline.
  • Male, age 32 – 45 years old.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Fluent English skill, both written and spoken
  • Computer literate.
  • Have ability to work in team, pro-active, highly motivated, excellence communicating skills and strong analytical, inspirational with new ideas, good in human approach capability, independent and good interpersonal skill.
  • Having a good strong leadership
  • Having strong ability in calculation of tools productivity
  • Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills
  • Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrated
  • Able to use mining software like Mine scape / Surpac / AutoCad
  • Willing to work at Central Kalimantan, with a duty roster of 5:2.

DRILLER FOR COAL DRILLING PROJECT - Kalimantan Tengah
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 3 years experience in operating Coal or Mineral Drilling Rig (Full Hydraulic system & Long year 38)
  • Hold Helicopter Landing Officer Certificate
  • Hold Level 3 First-Aid Certificate
  • Age 23 to 45 years
  • Completion of minimum Mechanical School (STM) or related education is preferred
  • Innovative, hard working and able to work under pressure in remote area
  • Willing to work at the Border of Central and East Kalimantan

MECHANIC - KALIMANTAN TENGAH
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 5 years successful experienced in maintenance management of utility and production process equipment.
  • In-depth knowledge of production and utility maintenance & repair.
  • Experience from drilling contractor is preferable.
  • Undergraduate D3 with minimum GPA 2,7 in Mechanical Engineering.
  • High integrity and high achievement motivation.
  • Good communication skill verbal & written.
  • Male, age 25 – 45 years old.
  • Good team work skills.
  • Good project management knowledge & skills.
  • Excellent in managerial & behavioral skill: decision making, coaching, creating successful team, innovating.
  • Familiar in computer applications
  • Proficient in English both oral & written
  • Willing to work at Central kalimantan, with a duty roster of 5:2.

WELDING OPERATOR - KALIMANTAN TENGAH
Qualification & Experience:
  • Male, min SMK
  • Have enough experience and certificate as welder
  • Systematic Working, Thorough, Accurate and Fast
  • Highly responsible
  • Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills
  • Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrated
  • Willing to work at Central Kalimantan, with a duty roster of 5:2
