PJIT / MIGAS INSPECTION COORDINATOR (CP-A15)
Qualification & Experience:

  • Having 4 years of experience in DJ-MIGAS certification or minimum 3 years of experience in DJ-MIGAS certification with minimum 4 years of experience in Quality control/inspection.
  • Minimum three (3) years experiences in inspection of piping system, equipment and facilities on major onshore or offshore project is preferred.
  • BS in Mechanical Engineering is preferred, or an extensive degree of technical training and experience in the field of Quality inspection or DJ-MIGAS certification.
  • Working knowledge of DJ-MIGAS Regulations and other Government of Indonesian Regulations required to obtain SKPP, SKKP and SKPI certificates of worthiness.
  • Working knowledge of:
  • - Piping and pressure vessel codes and Quality standards (ASME section V, ASME section VIII, ASME section IX, ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8 and ISO 9001)
  • - Pipeline construction methods
  • - Piping, Isometrics and Shop Drawings
  • - Indonesian National Standard (SNI)
  • Knowledge of piping, instrumentation, and electrical equipment (generator, transformer, switch gear, etc.) and their function/running test.
  • Well versed in safe work practices.
  • Good oral and written English communication skills - report writing, invitation letter and presentation skills.
  • Good computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

PROJECT CONTROLS ENGINEER - FIELD FACILITIES (CP-A13)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Accounting.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Good technical/business team skills, ability to work with others.
  • Having (10) years of broad experience in the areas of cost estimating, scheduling and project control and have at least five (5) years specific involvement in projects for major process facilities.
  • Experience with Contractors and worldwide suppliers, in particular those involved in the construction of major onshore facilities.
  • Experience with project control software programs such as Excel, Word, etc.

REGULATORY & PERMIT SITE SUPPORT (CP-A11)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having more 5 years broad-based experience preferred, in environmental compliance and impact mitigation related to oil and gas industry, processing and transportation, with prior experience in one or more SH&E-related disciplines.
  • Process, and in particular SH&E and OIMS deliverable requirements.
  • Knowledge of EMDC strategies and key business drivers.
  • Broad technical and SH&E skills with basic understanding of project management and SH&E functional work processes.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of EMCAPS.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities.

MATERIAL COORDINATOR (CP-A12)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 5 years of Procurement experience.
  • Intermediate to Expert Equipment and Materials Logistics Skills including Contracts, Customs, Traffic, and Expediting.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
  • BA/BS Preferred.
  • Daily direct procurement supervision will not be available when located overseas or rotating; therefore additional requirements are as follows:
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work in a virtual organization.
  • Ability to oversee and monitor EPC Contractor logistics activities including track/monitor key equipment and material movements.

CIVIL INSPECTOR (CP-A14)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having more 10 years of closely related professional experience, 5+ years inspecting civil/structural works.
  • Strong organizational, management, and technical judgment skills.
  • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities.
  • Broad and extensive knowledge of:
  • - Industry design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
  • - Onshore pipeline and valve station design, construction, and operations
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, Lotus Notes, etc.
  • Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications.

SITE STAFF ADMIN (CP-A16)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Computing: Strong user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Microsoft access, Visio, Time-writing, EXTRA, and SHARP timekeeping system and Good computing skills.
  • Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills required. Ability to interface with internal and external parties. Team player capable of working with multi-national staff, 3rd Party Contractors and all levels of EMOI and MCL management.
  • Office Management: Good organizational skills, filing, document tracking, travel management.
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of e-mail system.

ENVIRONMENT, REGULATORY & SOCIOECONOMIC ADVISOR (CP-A17)
Qualification & Experience:
  • aving more 5 years broad-based experience preferred, with prior experience in one or more related disciplines (i.e. Environmental, Regulatory and Socio Economic).
  • Knowledge of EMCAPS process, and in particular SH&E deliverable requirements.
  • Knowledge of EMDC strategies and key business drivers.
  • Broad project management, technical and SH&E skills with good understanding of working in a project setting and an ability to interact amicably with various external stakeholders.
  • HGood interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Ability to speak Javanese is an additionally desirable attribute.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities as focus of activity is expected to vary between the three disciplines.
  • Willingness to undertake business travel and/or field based short term assignments.
  • Ability to interact proactively in the Project s interest, with EPC contractor, local Government offices and local community in East Jawa province.

COST & SCHEDULE ENGINEERING (CP-A18)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having more 5 years of cost and schedule experience with a relatively uniform mix of cost and schedule controls achievements.
  • Prior overseas experience with Engineering and procurement phase of capital projects.
  • Upstream/Offshore/Engineering, Procurement and construction experience.
  • Experience with project control software programs such as Microsoft office Profession Suite of software programs, Lotus notes and scheduling software (Primavera, etc).
  • Thorough and extensive knowledge of: Project controls principles, theories and concepts.
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Good technical/business team skills, ability to work with others.
  • Read, write and speak fluent English at a professionally competent level whether dealing with technical or commercial issues.
  • Willing to work overseas in a team environment.

CIVIL / STRUCTURAL INSPECTOR – INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES (CP-A19)
Qualification & Experience:
Working Knowledge of:
  • Piping and pressure vessel codes and quality standards (E.g. AWS D1.1, CSA B51, ASME Section III, ASME B31.3, and ISO 9001)
  • Piping fabrication methods
  • Welding processes and NDE techniques including evaluation methods
  • Piping, Isometrics and shop Drawings
  • Trained to authorize work permits (e.g. hot work, confined space, etc).
  • Good oral and written English language skills.
  • Well versed in safe work practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in multiple languages.
  • Minimum fifteen (15) years experience in inspection of piping systems on major onshore construction projects.
  • Skills and experience in the development of commissioning and start-up budget.
  • Skills and experience in the development of manpower and vendor support mobilization/demobilization plan and schedules, and the development of lists of required commissioning and start-up spares, consumables, first-fills, special tools, temporary equipment, etc.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in a related field is preferable and is a plus.
  • Certificates in planning and budgeting from recognized institutions are preferable.
  • Skills:
  • Advance skill in project planning with Primavera and MS Project is a must.
  • Advance skill in the computer application software required in the project (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc) is a must.
  • Advance skills in project estimating and budgeting is a must.

AMDAL MONITORING REPORTING ADVISOR (CP-A20)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor Degree S1 in Scientist or engineer (environmental scientist/engineer preferred or an individual with demonstrable environmental experience)
  • Language Skills: English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Total years experience: 2-3 years (preferably in the natural resources oil and gas, mining development field)
  • Technical Skills:
  • 1. Working knowledge of the AMDAL process as it relates to environmental studies, planning, program creation and implementation, environmental monitoring, and performance reporting.
  • 2. Experience related to establishing an Environmental and Socioeconomic Management and Documentation System.
  • 3. Working knowledge in the areas of socioeconomics and health.
  • 4. Excellent computer skills including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word and Microsoft PowerPoint.
