Job Requirements:

  • Familiar with Windows and Linux Application and Operating : Active directory, MS Exchange 2007
  • Good understanding about Hardware, PC and Network troubleshooting, Internet, Antivirus
  • Female, Fresh Graduate – Diploma D3 or S1 in Computer Science from reputable university
  • Excellent interpersonal Skills to interact at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Hard worker, fast learner, self motivation

Responsibilities:

  • This position reports to Service Delivery Section Head and will provide technical assistance to computer and telephony system users. Act as a single point of contact for all matters relating to service delivery for the user from a global perspective.
  • As a first layer support from IT to end users and provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, Microsoft offices, electronic mail, and operating systems.
  • Maintain record of servicedesk, problems and remedial action taken, and solution activities
  • Responsible to send all announcement email to right recipient.
  • Able to understand and deliver services to meet defined Services Levels Agreement with the user.
