HSE ADMINISTRATOR - Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 2-3 years of HSE experience
- Familiarity with factories act and subsidiary legislations, fire safety acts and subsidiary legislations & environmental pollution control act and subsidiary legislations regulations and requirements
- Familiarity with Oil & Gas HSE requirements
- Having knowledge on ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007
- Min Diploma Degree (D3) in Public Safety
- Engineering background is preferred
- Good spoken & written English
- Highly motivated, punctual & discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Compiles, maintains records & assists administration of HSE inspection, STOPSTART discovery database, mechanical lifting checklist and equipment certifications
- Provides administrative support to department and maintenance of intranet & notice board
- Identifies & suggests ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of administration in the department
- Prepare HSE document required for HSE pre-qualifications
- Update and maintain legal and other requirements
- Register/update and maintain all chemical used
