Qualification & Experience:
- Having experienced on Business and System Analyst, SAP Consultant (IT Background)
- Bachelor Degree (S1) with GPA minimum 3.0
- Technical compentencies: SAP skill, Business procedure, Project Management, Functional Design Analysis, .Net, .Asp Programming, Good command in English; both speaking & written, Proficient computer literacy
- Work Location : Jakarta Raya - (Pertamina Hulu Energi WMO – Office Jakarta)
- Summary Responsibilities : Providing analysis on business process or system development to support continuous improvement initiative in Supply Chain department – MM System Section, in order to perform comprehensive analysis, feedback and improvement for Supply Chain excellence
OFFICER COMPENSATION & BENEFIT
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 3 years experience in Human Resources are, exposure in Compensation & Benefit, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry
- Hold Certify GRP is preferable
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from Economic, Management, Industrial Engineering, or Psychology
- Technical compentencies: C&B Analysis Development, Job Evaluation & Analysis,
- Good command in English; both speaking & written
- Proficient computer literacy (MS-Excel)
- Have strong analytical thinking, able to perform problem solving, and pro-active
- Work Location : Jakarta Raya - (Pertamina Hulu Energi WMO – Office Jakarta)
- Summary Responsibilities : Under general direction from Coordinator Personel Service & Industrial Relation
- Perform the function of Compensation & Benefit analysis, monitoring, and development
