- Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering,
- Having 4 years experiences as a Mining Engineer in open-cut mining,
- Fluent in English, written and verbal,
- Willing to be placed in all company s locations or Jakarta,
- May be required to work flexible hours to meet project requirements
MINING SUPERVISOR
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 4 years of experience in the similar role (as Mining Supervisor), Certified in POP,
- Understand the SHE aspects of mining operations,
- Fluent in English, written and verbal,
- Familliar with mining software,
- Good communication and leadership skill,
- Willing to be placed in all company location,
- Excellent computer skill,
- May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirments.
MINING SUPERINTENDENT
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor degree in mining,
- Having 8 years previous experiences in mining operation (production),
- Fluent in English, written and verbal,
- Familiar with mining software,
- Good communication and leadership skill,
- Willing to be placed in all company location,
- Excellent computer skill,
- Certified in POP (hold POM certificate will be a plus).
SURVEYOR
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 2 years years experiences as a surveyor,
- May be required to work flexible hours to suit Project requirements,
- Able to operate mining survey equipment,
- May be required to work flexible hours to suit Project requirements,
- Good communication skill,
- Willing to be placed in all project.
ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor degree in Mining Engineer,
- Fluent in English, written and verbal,
- Good leadership and communication skill,
- Willing to be placed in all mining project location,
- May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirements.
DRILL & BLAST ENGINEER
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 2 years previous experiences in drilling & blasting engineering,
- Bachelor degree in Mining or Geologist with Class II Blaster Certificate,
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa, written & verbal,
- Understanding applications of drill blast design and shot plus software,
- Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling.
HSE COORDINATOR – KALIMANTAN TIMUR
Qualification & Experience:
- Keselamatan Kesehatan kerja – S1/D4 or Hygiene Perusahaan Kesehatan D3 or Engineering S1,
- Having 4 years of experience in HSE exposure, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Mining industry experience,
- Good knowledge of Accident prevention, Fire prevention, Risk Assessment, PTO, HSE procedure, Hazob, Inspection, Emergency response, investigation accident, audit process,
- Good Leadership and communication/presentation skill,
- Fair in English both verbal and writing,
- Willing to work at remote area.
MINING FOREMAN
Qualification & Experience:
- Min. High School graduate,
- Having 3 years as Mining Operator Lead Hand,
- Good command in English,
- May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirements.
SITE PAYROLL – KALIMANTAN TIMUR
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 2 years experienced in dealing with payroll,
- Familiar with UNIX Paytrack or any other payroll system being used currently and needy to improve it time to time,
- Min Diploma Degree from any major,
- Willing to work extended office hours as and when required,
- Posses strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate with all levels,
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of some HR information / documents,
- Negotiation skill.
SITE ACCOUNTANT – KALIMANTAN TIMUR
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor degree in accounting / economy,
- Having 2 year experience as graduate / junior accountant,
- Attention to detail,
- Good command in English,
- Good computer skill, especially in Excell program,
- Familiar with accounting system.
