DRILL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (SATUI - SOUTH KALIMANTAN) (INA-11-WHN-00019)
Qualification & Experience:

  • Having 7 years of working experience in the related field. Minimium 3 years experience as supervisor/ team leader preferably in mining company
  • Familiar to maintenance Drilling machine type D55SP, D45SP, Tamrock Pantera 1
  • Min Diploma in Engineering (mechanical/automotive) or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Satui, Tanah Bumbu (Kalimantan Selatan)
  • Permanent position available Kalimantan Selatan - Satui, Tanah Bumbu
  • Responsibilities:
  • The candidate is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all drilling equipment
  • Coordinating personnel and of parts in the field and workshop facilities

TRAINING SUPERINTENDENT SIMULATOR (INA-12-BPN-00013)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 5 years experience as Simulator trainer ; 1-2 years at Senior Supervisory level
  • Have Certified Advanced Training Simulator
  • Possess Train of the Trainer certificate;
  • Preferably possess POP certificate
  • Having experienced in conducting Simulator Training and Assesment
  • Good use of English and Bahasa Indonesia and good expertise in Computer
  • Placement : Kalimantan Timur - Balikpapan
  • Responsibilities:
  • To develop and manage training packages for operator training with Simulator.
  • Supervise Simulator team to ensure training and assessment activities are performed in timely manner and safely
  • Coordinate and liaise with other parties (external and internal) to ensure training and assessment activities is conducted safely, efficiently, and reliable as per Company Standard Operating Procedures.

TRAINING SPECIALIST MECHANICAL (INA-12-BPN-00001)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having experience in heavy equipment maintenance and maintenance planning
  • Able to train, test and audit mechanics ;
  • Having Train of the Trainer certificate;
  • Understand Maintenance Training Curricula ;
  • Min education SMU level with 2 years experience as field trainer
  • Good use of English and Bahasa Indonesia and basic computer
  • Willingto be placed at project site Kalimantan Timur - Balikpapan
