PLANT1 SUPERVISOR
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Others or equivalent.
- Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Having good communication skills in both English and Indonesia
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Placement at Kalimantan Timur
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Provide daily production plan and weekly work schedule.
- Ensure coal processing plant operation follow established production schedule and procedure.
- Ensure units in coal processing plant are in ready to use conditon.
- Ensure the availability of monthly report on coal processing plant activity.
- Ensure QS&E Management System is implemented and followed within Crushing Plant Sub Section.
- Ensure performance improvement of Crushing Plant Sub Section’s personnel.
- Ensure the implementation of various management tools employed by company within Crushing Plant Sub Section.
CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR

- Willing to be place at Kalimantan Timur
Responsibilities:
- Manage working of mining contractor
- Make a daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Has knowledge about mining contract
- Provide data needs for internal purpose
