HR COORDINATOR - Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 7 year of working experience in Oil & Gas, Mining, and Manufacturing industries.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Full-Time position(s) available.
Responsibilities:
- Direct reports to both of President Director and Operational GM.
- Responsible for all kind of HR functions, such as: Industrial Relation, Recruitment, HR Development, Employee Compensation & Benefits , Employment / Contract Agreement, and any other daily Personnel Administration for Head Office and another four company branches: Duri-Riau (BP of Chevron), Batam-Kepri (Fabrication Shop), Citereup-West Java (Workshop), and Jakarta II (Sales & Travel Agent).
- Responsible for expatriate working permit (KITAS, VKBP etc).
- Liase with minister of labour and transmigration (Kemenakertrans RI) on Indonesian labour regulations.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Direct reports to Operational Manager - Batam,
- Ensure the manufactured products to be delivered on time to customer,
- Review Purchase Orders for welding/fabrication and machining,
- Write Work Order based on Purchase Order and other related documents,
- Specify material and labor needs to carry out the Work Order,
- Schedule manufacturing activities together with Operation Manager,
- Monitor and change on-going manufacturing activities to optimize cost and delivery time,
- Write weekly reports to General Manager on manufacturing activities and production schedule,
- Implement and improve implementations of manufacturing best-practices, such as ISO 9001: 2008.
QHSE - Kepulauan Riau - Batam
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.
- Min Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Internal Audit ISO 9001:14001 and OHSAS 18001.
- Familiar in implementing K3 Umum, and 5 S/R.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Batam.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Specify and control quality of manufacturing activities in Batam with QC Machining and QC Welding,
- Control and modify Quality Management System documents according to the manufacturing best-practices (ISO, OHSAS and API 5CT),
- Write periodic reports to QHSE Coordinator (Jakarta) and General Manager,
- Inspect manufactured products and provide written independent internal audits based on QHSE criteria,
- Assess and report potential environmental and occupational hazards arising from manufacturing activities to QHSE Coordinator (Jakarta) and General Manager.
