PT. Core Mineral Indonesia , a subsidiary of Archean Group company in coal mining concessions which are under various stage of operations across different coal rich provinces in Indonesia, position:

KEPALA TEKNIK TAMBANG (KTT)
Qualification & Experience:

  • Have 7 years experience in mining company with mm 3 years in managerial level (experience in leading mining department, including coordinating, controlling technical activities, handling mine operation, mine planning, mining project, etc)
  • Hold POU Certificate of Competency
  • Have experienced in developing coal mining project with HSE/K3 implementation
  • Excellent interpersonal proficiency and communication skill in Indonesia and English (oral & written)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices
  • Possess managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities and ability to organize workload and set priorities accordingly
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Mining
  • Location: Jambi, Sumatera

SENIOR GEOLOGIST
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 7 years experience in long term geological modeling, geological technical services, and operation supports in Coal Mining
  • Has extensive working knowledge in Mining, Coal Quality, Geological Modeling, Database and Resource calculation
  • Familiar with Geological Software (Mapinfo, ArcView, Surpac, Auto Cad and GPS)
  • Bachelor Degree S1 in Geology Engineering
  • Location: Jambi, Sumatera

JUNIOR GEOLOGIST
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 2-5 years experience in Coal Mining for operational or exploration role
  • Has extensive working knowledge in Mining, Coal Quality, Geological Modeling, Database and Resource calculation
  • Familiar with Geological Software (Mapinfo, ArcView, Surpac, Auto Cad and GPS)
  • Bachelor degree in Geology
  • Able to work under pressure with a minimum supervision
  • Location: Jambi, Sumatera

MINING ENGINEER
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 1 years experience in mining industry
  • Have experience in mine scheduling tools and software
  • Degree in Mining Engineering
  • Good analytical and focus on details
  • Excellent skills in English both verbal and written
  • Location: Jambi, Sumatera

ASSISTANT LEGAL MANAGER
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 5 year of working experiences in mining company;
  • Exposure in mining, land acquisitions, community development, legal due diligence, investment, and litigation proceedings would be prefferable;
  • Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable University (Master Degree / Post Graduate Degree would be beneficial);
  • Proficient in English both oral and written;
  • Obtain a PERADI advocate license is a must;
  • Computer literacy, at least Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power Point.
  • Location: Jakarta Office

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the legal work, includes but not limited to:
  • Prepare and review various legal documents, including business contract and acquisition related legal documents;
  • Provides general corporate documents;
  • Provide an accurate, flawless and effective advisory to obtain necessary approvals from central and local government divisions as required;
  • Provides practical, complete, and thorough legal advices to the management or for other affiliates/ subsidiaries/ relevant internal departments of any existing or potential legal issues
  • Advise on local government regulations, tax matters and legal rights related with mining industry;
  • Maintain permit and licensing compliances.

TAX ANALYST
Qualification & Experience:
  • Have 2 years experience in tax role
  • D3/S1 Degree in Accounting / Financial Management / Fiscal Administration
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Accounting software
  • Familiar with Indonesia Tax Regulation ( Pph 21, 23 & 25 and ability to make the annual tax report – Laporan SPT Tahunan )
  • Hold a tax brevet certificate is advantage
  • Able to understand Financial Report and tax regulation, tax audit
  • Excellent skills in English both verbal and written
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel Program) and e-SPT
  • Location: Jakarta Office
