CORPORATE SENIOR MANAGER MINING
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 10 years experiences in mining in similar role.
- A proven talent for identification and management of opportunities and risks by overlaying contractual, financial, and technical awareness in a similar operating environment is essential.
- Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer.
- Outstanding leadership credentials and the ability to drive results will set the successful candidate apart from industry peers.
- Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
- Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
- Has skills such as initiative, technical, problem solving, creative thinking, reporting communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian, information monitoring planning & organizing, attention to details, meeting facilitation and negotiation.
- Preferably held a “POU” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
- Strong commitment to safety.
MINE PLAN ENGINEER
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 3 years experience in Mine Planning.
- Capability to operating Minescape or Surpac software.
- Previous management and supervisory experience in a production coal mine.
- Graduate Mining Engineer.
- Prepared to work in remote areas.
- Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
- Strong commitment to safety and high professional standards of performance.
- Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa.
- Ready worked in remote area.
SENIOR MANAGER CORPORATE FINANCE
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, auditing, capital markets or banking/creditanalysis, or other related fields
- Experience in the coal mining sector would be an advantage
- Bachelor degree or higher, preferably in finance or accounting
- Solid exposure to financial modeling / projections
- Strong understanding of financial statements
- Mastery in Excel spreadsheet use
- Execution skills, initiative taker, strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work independently and under time pressure
- Fluency in business English verbally and in writing
- Developed interpersonal skills
MANDARIN LANGUAGE TRANSLATOR
Qualification & Experience:
- Male, Maks. 45 years old
- Fluent in Mandarin Language Both Oral & Written
- Preferably fluent in English
- Will be place in our Site in Pendopo Area, South Sumatera
