Qualification & Experience:
- Strong demonstrated experience in a similar Production Engineering role in an operating company environment
- Tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline
- Subsea gas production experience is essential and experience in major capital project execution (phase 4)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self motivated, with the ability to work autonomously
- Confident and clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals across all levels

Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Optimise well operating and reservoir management plans and ensure that quality and timely data systems are installed
- Maximise well potential by balancing value drivers without compromising health, environment and safety (HES) standards
- Act as key technical interface between the Project Subsurface team and the Upstream Operations team to optimise production operating strategies
- Participate in operability reviews and operations assurance activities
- Serve as the key stakeholder in operations and systems associated with real time reservoir management
- Serve as the key stakeholder in the development of the initial start-up, restart and routine production testing procedures
- Mentor and coach less experienced team members
- Attend and participate in technical meetings with joint venture partners and internal stakeholders
