IT STAFF - Jakarta Raya
Qualification:
- Have 1 year of working experience in related field
- Excellent knowledge in TCP/IP and LAN, Firewall, Proxy Server, Mail Server, and Backup tools
- Proficiency in Windows (Intermediate) and Linux (Beginner/Intermediate)
- Male / Female, age 22-30 years old
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Strong personality, self motivated, honest, proactive, hard worker, quick learner, able to work under pressure
- Fluent in English
- Good analytical and logical comprehension skill, good communication and interpersonal skill
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Handle troubleshooting of hardware (PC, printer, scanner, monitor, UPS, etc), software and network
- Manage VPN Network
- Manage file and printer sharing
- Able to maintain, administer, and set up computer networks including routers, switches, servers, access points, etc
- Help to maintain local servers
- Update and maintain website
- Provide end-user support on various desktop system and devices
- Ensure information security over internet and intranet
- Other duties as assigned
