PROJECT MANAGER (code : PM)
Qualifications
- Have 10 years of mining experience and min. 5 years in managerial position. Experience in NICKEL mining is advantage
- Male, Min. bachelor degree in Mining engineering, Geology/Geophysics or equivalent
- Holders of Kepala Tekhnik Tambang and Pengawasan Operasional Pertama/Madya certificates
- Well understanding about mining operation (facility/ equipment/ manpower)Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure
- Proficient in MS.Office, AutoCad, ArchiCad, Minescape and/ other computer programs are needed.
- General Requirements for all positions:
- Preferably have work experience with multinational companies
- Good communication, negotiation, coordination, leadership skills, organized and strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Willing to work in Sulawesi Tengah and/ Sulawesi Tenggara
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (code : HRM)
Qualifications
- Have 7 years working experience in HRD and min. 3 years in managerial position
- Male, Min. 30 years old
- Min. bachelor degree in Law/ Psychology/ Management
- Well understanding about mining operations (facilities, manpower, etc.) strongly recommended
- Excellent knowledge in HR procedures & processes, Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER (code : FAM)
Qualifications
- Have 7 years working experience in Finance & Accounting and min. 3 years in managerial position
- Having comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian Tax regulation and general accepted accounting principles and audit procedures and FRS
- Experience in audit and internal control process
- Familiar with accounting software (MYOB is an advantage).
- Female/ Male, Min. 28 years old
- Bachelor degree S1 in Accounting/ Finance
FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF (code : FA Staff)
Qualifications
- Have 1 year working experiences in Finance & Accounting, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
