Health Safety Environment Manager (HSEM)
Qualification:
- Have 5 years experience as Health Safety Environment (HSE) in mining or oil & gas industry
- Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / public health / environment engineering
- Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) is preferred
- Male, age maximum 40 years old
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
- Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007
- Has the ability to draft HSE strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
- Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige
- Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury)
- Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good health and able to work under pressure with good result
- To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

- Have 4-5 years experience as safety officer in mining or oil & gas industry
- Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007

Qualification:
- Have 10 years working experience in drilling with 5 (five) years in similar job.
- Strong HSE background with safety leadership skills, coaching and mentoring skills, incident Investigation skills, knowledge of most common HSE tools and skills.
- Strong in creating, enabling and managing relationships with the clients with full respect and trust to gain their continuous trust and credibility.
- Good personal skills and ability to interact with all level within the organization Including the clients and key suppliers.
- Bachelor degree S1 in Technical .
- Excellent planning and coordination skills.
- Strong computer and English literacy.
- Have experiences in mining company will be an advantage.
- To be located in Halmahera island
